Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Domestic Delivery Times

We offer nationwide shipping with estimated delivery times based on the destination city:

Manners Vogue is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed to you at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has shipped, which will contain your PostEx tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress on the PostEx website.

Damages

Manners Vogue is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
