As a new brand in the market, we strive to offer the best quality products at competitive prices. We stand by the accuracy of our product images and descriptions. Therefore, we maintain a strict Exchange Only policy and do not offer refunds for purchases. Please choose your items carefully and review all details before confirming your order.

1. Exchange Eligibility (3-Day Policy)

We accept exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect size/article.

  • Exchange Window: You must notify us and initiate the exchange process within 3 days of the delivery date. Any request made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:Unused and unwashed.In the exact same condition that you received it.In the original packaging with all original tags still attached.

2. Exchange Process & Shipping Costs

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us immediately at info@mannersvogue.com or Phone Number +92 (321) 7922043 with your Order Number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Please include photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item(s) to our designated address.Customer Responsibility: You must return the item to the same address it was shipped from.Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: The cost of shipping is borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a traceable shipping service.
  3. Inspection and Dispatch: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If the item meets the conditions above, the replacement item will be dispatched.

3. No-Refund Policy

  • All Sales are Final: We do not offer monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, or credit card reversal) on any purchase. Our detailed product images and descriptions aim to give you a clear understanding of what you are purchasing.
  • Exceptions (Maximum Cooperation): In rare or exceptional circumstances, where we acknowledge an error on our part and cannot provide a suitable exchange (e.g., if the desired replacement is permanently out of stock), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit note/voucher for future purchases. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not a guaranteed option.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale."
  • Any item that has been used, washed, worn, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging
